### #dailyRamble
#### What happened today?
- Ran a workshop for a new NHS service; I took folks through a few service design techniques, investigated user flows, and scoped a first version of the App
- Kicked off the week for a EdTech AI client; we're ~2 weeks away from a private beta, so there's always lots to do!
- Reviewed upcoming marketing asks; I've been asked to be a 'talking head' for a video case study, and I'm hosting a fireside chat at a AI conference in Newcastle - exciting stuff
- After a busy day in the office, I chilled out this evening and watched my wife play the new Oblivion remastered game, she's loving it (and I'm enjoying her story) #games
### Did I read anything interesting today?
- Imagine if Clippy from the 90's had access to AI, that's what [someone has done here](https://felixrieseberg.github.io/clippy/)
- I finished reading [Billy Summers by Stephen King](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/0248b0fc-6762-4df8-b7a1-7ba45703e92f) yesterday, I'll write a review of that soon for #bookreview
- I started reading [Camp Damascus by Chuck Tingle](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/ec4eb0ef-b2c5-424c-83b2-3fd38237fa73), my first Chuck Tingle book, I've got high hopes for this one! #books
