### #dailyRamble ### What happened today? * A friend is training to be a physio and needed someone to trail 3 sessions for an extra course he's doing. It was fantastic! We focused on my upper back, traps, and neck. I feel like I can actually move properly now, bodies are fascinating! * Me and Aurelia went on a quick lunchtime walk to [Dene's Deli](https://maps.app.goo.gl/TNdfz4Bai5rZAVta8) and ate our tasty sandwiches in the park * I continued setting up this Obsidian knowledge base. It does feel a little overkill at the moment, but I'm starting to see how it's all coming together. Writing everyday for ~2 weeks has been great ### Did I read anything interesting today? * [The Heritage Crafts: Red list of extinct crafts in the UK](https://www.heritagecrafts.org.uk/categories-of-risk/) * [One Million Chessboards. It has one million chessboards on it](https://eieio.games/blog/one-million-chessboards/) * [Numbers Stations](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numbers_station): A numbers station is a shortwave radio station characterised by broadcasts of formatted numbers, which are believed to be addressed to intelligence officers operating in foreign countries ### Sleep and health metrics * Readiness score: 89 (Optimal) * Sleep score: 86 (Optimal) * Resilience: Solid
